Let’s face it:
Donald J. Trump, our 45th president, elicits a wide range of responses, now, doesn’t he?
Some folks don’t care about his “off-field” issues, and love his blunt-force approach to politics. “He did a good job”, they would say, “besides, I am not looking for a pastor to be President.” Under Trump, for instance, our southern border was far less chaotic than the disaster Joe Biden has turned it into.
Others, though, aren’t nearly as sympathetic: “He’s a scoundrel who was involved in the January 6th situation at the Capitol,” they say.
My opinion?
Yes, he’s gnarly, unorthodox, and at times his own worst-enemy but he’s also got good business instincts and is a political fact of life who is way ahead in the polls - and determined to win back the White House.
That’s why I heartily ENDORSE President Trump for the 2024 Republican nomination, which I think he will easily win, on his way to a second term as president. While the GOP does have some up-and-coming superstars, like Ron DeSantis and Vivek Ramaswamy, they’re light years behind President Trump.
Here in Georgia’s 6th district, it’s obvious that we need a strong, firm voice running the country. While you’re voting for Trump, vote for Jeff Criswell, too. Republican control of the House of Representatives is crucial to Trump enacting his policies.
